8x 10 print made from the orginal marker drawing of Ashworth Drugs Store on the corner of Academy and Chatham Streets in Downtonw Cary, NC
 
The Ashworth family has owned this building and store since the founder, Ralph Ashworth, moved into town in 1949 and bought it from Henry Adams. He is a graduate of UNC-CH as is his son Paul who is currently the head pharmacist in the store. Inside is an olf-fashioned soda fountain that serves hotdogs, sandwiches and ice cream drinks. A little bit of nostalgia in downtown.
