Submit a photo for interpretation as a custom watercolor.
sizes start at 8" x 10" and are priced based on size and difficulty.
Watercolor painting 8" x 10 = $160, ranging up to 15 x 20" = $500.
I can also paint your home in acrylic pint on gallery-wrapped canvas (see other listing as Acrylic house portrait, if you want something larger. Also priced based on the size. For example an 18" x 24" canvas would be $450.

Custom Watercolors of your home of business
Upon agreement to proceed, a 50% deposit is required.
Next, a sketch is produced for approval of composition and basic style/ details.The client will see in-between paint stages of elements for color feeling. After this step is approved we move to the finished product. A photo will be sent for approval. If approved the balance for the painting is now due before delivery. Cash, check, invoice, online credit card payment of Venmo are all accepted.
